Today morning quite busy. But luckily, it's physio day!
So I left my camp at noon, went home first, change to my running attire, go Orchard Road fix my braces, then go NUS do physio.
Physio torture wor. Elliptical cycles, hamstring stretches, walk squats, bridging with alternate leg raise, hip abductions, wobble boards, etc......... With 20min of electric shocks on the knee....... Shiok ARGH........
NUS very big, but walkable lah. Walk about 20min only, met some people. :D
Planning my tomorrow. Should be mugging again bah.
